Charitable objects
To relieve the distress and to preserve and protect the mental health of children and their families affected by bereavement, primarily but not limited to the Borough of Dacorum in Hertfordshire, by: ? providing and assisting in the provision of counselling, therapy, and other mental-health support; ? providing or funding days out, activities, and experiences that promote emotional recovery, resilience, and social welfare; and ? providing financial or practical assistance that directly supports the mental health of bereaved children and their immediate families. Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the CIO for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
