AS A VILLAGE HALL AND TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF WILSDEN AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURE, CLASSES AND LIBRARY FACILITIES AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR ENTERTAINMENT SPORTING RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
