TO RELIEVE SICKNESS IN CHESHIRE AND NORTH WALES BY PROVISION OF A FAST AND EFFICIENT EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL SERVICE IN ADDITION TO SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES BY PROVIDING AND EQUIPPING AND AMBULANCE FOR THE USE OF THE CHESTER FLYING SQUAD WHICH IS A MEDICAL TEAM SET UP TO SERVE LOCAL HOSPITALS AND PROVIDE A FAST AND EFFICIENT MEDICAL SERVICE FOR THE PEOPLE OF CHESHIRE AND NORTH WALES.
