FOR THE USE OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE FORMER URBAN DISTRICT OF CHEADLE AND GATLEY AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF HE HEALTH EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES OF THE COUNCIL IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE COUNCIL MAY IN ITS DESCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT BUT SO FAR AS PRACTICABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STIPULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE.
