To advance education for the public benefit of young people from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds by the provision of bursaries to enable them to attend selected universities outside London that they may not otherwise afford through lack of means. The bursaries assist with supporting students for the duration of their university undergraduate degree studies.

TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM SOCIO-ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS BY THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND SELECTED UNIVERSITIES OUTSIDE LONDON THAT THEY MAY NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS. 2. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM SOCIO-ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS BY GRANTING BURSARIES TO ASSIST WITH SUPPORTING STUDENTS FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE STUDIES.
