FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ARTS IN PARTICULAR EASTERN EUROPEAN ART AND CULTURE, AND TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS THAT EXPAND THE DISCOURSE AROUND MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY ART FROM THIS REGION AND TO ENCOURAGE THE REDISCOVERY OF SEMINAL EASTERN EUROPEAN ARTISTS FROM THE 1950S AND 1960S, THROUGH THE FACILITATION AND MANAGEMENT OF EXHIBITIONS, PROJECTS AND RESEARCH, THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH WILL BE DISSEMINATED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
