TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HERITAGE, CULTURE AND THE ARTS, AND IN PARTICULAR MUSICAL, LITERATURE, POETRY, HISTORY AND VISUAL ARTS PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH WORKSHOPS, TALKS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ARTS AND CULTURAL FESTIVALS.
