A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF WORKING ANIMALS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE, AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS OF ANIMAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS UNDERTAKING THIS WORK, AND IN PARTICULAR TO JARJEER MULE AND DONKEY REFUGE. B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF VETERINARY SCIENCE IN MOROCCO THROUGH ASSISTING IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VETERINARY TRAINING CENTRE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF RABAT.
