Charitable objects
I) TO FOSTER, PROMOTE AND INCREASE A KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS THROUGH EXHIBITION, TUITION, AND OTHER EVENTS.
II)TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE DISPLAY OF VISUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS BY LOCAL AND OTHER ARTISTS AND CRAFTSMAKERS.
