Provide wellbeing support to individuals with disabilities, care needs, or in isolated circumstances in a personalised way, from chats, shared trips to shops or church, help changing light bulbs, putting birthday cards in the post to friends, packing parcels. making and sharing a cup of coffee, filling in forms. Our motto is "Small deeds of kindness make the world of difference"
