Charitable objects

4.1 SUBJECT TO CLAUSE 4.2, THE SCHEME IS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITIES THAT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY HOLD UNITS IN THE SCHEME FROM TIME TO TIME. 4.2 IF AT ANY TIME THERE ARE NO HOLDERS OF UNITS IN THE SCHEME, THE SCHEME SHALL HAVE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE MANAGER AND THE TRUSTEE SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
