THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY COLLECTING SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE PURCHASE OR LEASING OF EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THOSE MEDICALLY QUALIFIED SO TO USE IN EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT OR CARE.
