THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG THOSE SUFFERING FROM CYSTIC FIBROSIS BY: A) PROVIDING INFORMATION, SUPPORT, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS; AND B) MAKING DONATIONS TO ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH CYSTIC FIBROSIS AND TO ORGANISATIONS WHICH CARRY OUT RESEARCH INTO CYSTIC FIBROSIS), THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH ARE PUBLISHED FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT.
