TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE AGED 50 YEARS AND OVER WITHIN WEST KENT WHO ARE IN NEED OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE SERVICES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ONE TO ONE SUPPORT, INFORMATION, ADVICE, AND ANY ACTIVITIES OR SERVICES DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THOSE NEEDS.
