THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS AND OF EDUCATION IN THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (A) PROVIDING ARTISTIC WORKSHOPS; (B) CREATING PERMANENT LEARNING AND EXHIBITION SPACES; AND (C) ORGANISING LOCAL PUBLIC EVENTS.
