(A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE IN THE FIELD OF MEDICAL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTE RESEARCH IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE SUBJECT AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS;
(B) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE HEALTH THROUGH SETTING THE HIGHEST PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS AND COMPETENCES FOR MEDICAL LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT.
