FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, AID THE CHARITY MEMBERS IN THEIR NEED OF EXTREME FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR IF THEY ARE UNDER UNDUE STRESS DUE TO THE LOSS OF A FAMILY MEMBER.
