THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SUCH AS PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO PEOPLE IN FINANCIAL NEED AS A RESULT OF SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE AND BY ASSISTING CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG SUCH PEOPLE.
