TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF YOUNG PEOPLE (UP TO 25 YEARS) AND THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED THROUGH:-
(A) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;
(B) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AS A MEANS OF ADVANCING EDUCATION
