THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS APPEARING IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO ATTACHED IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT; (B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SICKNESS AND TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY IN SUCH PARTS OF THE WORLD AND IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
