Activities - how the charity spends its money
We are community based, operating as an umbrella organisation for local initiatives. Run by a board of volunteer trustees, who oversee a variety of projects run by individual groups. HCO tries to serve the interests of the community by helping to provide recreational and leisure time activities, improving the environment, enabling social events, and creating opportunities for residents.
