Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PRESERVE LIFE, PARTICULARLY THOSE ENDANGERED BY ACCIDENTS OR NATURAL HAZARDS IN WATER, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SEARCH AND RESCUE SERVICES, IN THE DOCKS OF MERSEYSIDE, IN CO-OPERATION WITH STATUTORY EMERGENCY SERVICES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND OTHER RELEVANT ORGANISATIONS.
