THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR, THE EDUCATION OF OLDER PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE RETIRED FROM FULL TIME WORK, BY ALL MEANS INCLUDING ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, IN PADDOCK WOOD AND ITS SURROUNDING LOCALITY.
