Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE (12-18 YEARS) RESIDENT IN OR NEAR RUGBY, BY TRAINING THEM IN THE PLAYING OF STEEL BAND INSTRUMENTS PROVIDED THAT IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY EXTEND THE BENEFITS OF THE ASSOCIATION TO YOUNG PERSONS RESIDENT IN RUGBY WHO ARE AGED 19 YEARS.
