TO AID AND ENCOURAGE WELSH STUDENTS WHO ARE STUDYING VOCAL OR INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC BY MEANS OF (A) AND AWARD ANNUALLY OF SUCH PRIZE OR PRIZES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE (B) THE PROVISION OF SUCH GRANTS OR BURSARIES TOWARDS THE EXPENSES OF TUITION, MAINTENANCE, MUSIC OR INSTRUMENTS UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PRINCIPAL OF THE ROYAL ACADEMY OF MUSIC.
