TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS WHO ARE TRAINEES AT MAYFIELD OR ARE RESIDENTS AT THE PINES BY SUPPORTING THE WORK OF THE CENTRE AND THE HOSTEL AND SUPPLEMENTING THE SERVICES AND AMENITIES PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.
