THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY DISTRIBUTING FOOD TO PEOPLE IN NEED OF FOOD SUPPLIES DUE TO FOOD POVERTY AND OFFERING ADDITIONAL SUPPORT BY WAY OF SIGNPOSTING OR REFERRAL TO OTHER AGENCIES TO ALLEVIATE THE UNDERLYING CAUSE OF THE FOOD POVERTY. [NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.]
