3. PURPOSES
THE PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH SHALL BE:-
(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD BUT PRIMARILY IN THE MID-ESSEX AREA SURROUNDING DANBURY.
(2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS SHALL, IN THE OPINION OF THE ELDERS, FURTHER THE WORK OF THE CHURCH.
