Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (1) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION AT THE HAWTHORNE PRIMARY SCHOOL OF SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY LOCAL OR CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES. (2) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE HAWTHORNE PRIMARY SCHOOL.
