The object of the CIO is to provide or assist in providing for the inhabitants of the Village of Holyport facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants, e.g. by providing tennis court, playground and running an annual village fair
