TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE NEED AMONG YOUNG UNEMPLOYED PERSONS RESIDENT IN ROTTON PARK AND WINSON GREEN THROUGH THE PROVISION (SAVE IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING TWO YEARS IN THE CASE OF ANY ONE INDIVIDUAL) OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND OF SUCH TRAINING FACILITIES AS WILL ENABLE SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID TO ACQUIRE AND DEVELOP VOCATIONAL SKILLS.
