(A) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION BY THE TEACHING OF THE CHINESE ND ENGLISH LANGUAGES AND THE HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE CHINESE PEOPLE.(B) TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958.(C) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS.
