THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RELIEF OR PREVENTION OF POVERTY AMONGST THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS, FACING HOMELESSNESS OR ROUGH SLEEPERS WHO ARE IN NEED ON ACCOUNT OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF CLOTHING, BEDDING, FOOD AND DRINKS, INFORMATION, ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE.
