(2) FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH. (3) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROMOTING IN SUCH MANNER AS THEY THINK FIT THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE, OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OF PARENTS, RESIDENT IN THE SAID ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
