THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE AND PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF MAINLY BUT EXCLUSIVELY PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN IN CWM GWYDDON THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF THE WELSH LANGUAGE.
