TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH LIFE LIMITING AND COMPLEX HEALTH CONDITIONS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN THE WIRRAL AND SURROUNDING AREAS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE IN POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR ARE SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED BY PROVIDING STAY AND PLAY GROUPS, SHORT BREAKS, RESPITE CARE, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT DESIGNED TO RELIEVE THEIR NEEDS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
