Charitable objects
TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITY (THE 'OBJECTS') ARE TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND SUCH PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES, AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT. THE CHARITY MAY ACHIEVE ANY OF THE OBJECTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (I) PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO OTHER CHARITIES, AND MEANS-TESTED BURSARIES TO INDIVIDUALS.
