THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:
A) THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING THROUGH COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY AND SUPPORT FOR THE RELIEF OF MENTAL DISTRESS AND SOCIAL ISOLATION FOR PEOPLE WITH NO OR LOW INCOME IN SOCIALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITIES; AND
B) THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR PSYCHOTHERAPISTS AND SELECTED COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS IN EVIDENCE-BASED 4TH WAVE COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY TREATMENT APPROACHES.
