TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT RALEIGH SCHOOL, WEST HORSLEY, SURREY BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, ITS SUCCESSORS OR DELEGATED AUTHORITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.
