THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION IN CRADLEY HEATH, OLD HILL AND THEIR IMMEDIATE VICINITIES BY THE PROVISION OF A MOSQUE, OF A BURIAL GROUND WITHIN SANDWELL, DUDLEY, OR BIRMINGHAM AREA AND OF EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPES OF THE ISLAMIC FATH BY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL THINK FIT AND FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
