TO ADVANCE YOUNG PEOPLE IN LIFE, WHO RESIDE IN HALIFAX AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE AGED 8 TO 18, BY USING THE DRAMATIC ARTS AS A MEANS OF ENGAGEMENT IN ORDER TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS WHICH ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
