TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE IN THE NORTH EAST (TYNE AND WEAR, NORTHUMBERLAND AND DURHAM) PUBLIC EDUCATION IN WORLD PROBLEMS OF HUNGER, DISEASE, PVOERTY AND IGNORANCE AND THE SOLUTIONS THEREOF AND THE ECONOMIC AND OTHER PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THOSE COUNTRIES WHOSE ECONOMIES ARE BETTER ADVANCED AND DEVELOPED.
