a. To advance education and research for charity leaders to enable charities to sustain their services into the future in subjects relating to leadership b. To make grants and donations to charities chosen by the trustees that are specifically recognised for their ability to design and deliver training programmes to develop the individual capabilities, competencies and understanding of future strategic leaders, to enable charities to sustain their success over the long term; and c. To make grants and donations to charities chosen by the trustees that are specifically recognised for their ability to design, conduct and publish research to add to the collective knowledge of an approach to the leadership of organisations, that creates benefit for stakeholders and society through a focus on purpose, values, relationships and the long term.
