THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:
TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NEWQUAY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SURFING AND ASSOCIATED SEA SPORTS.
