THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN THE WOOD END AREA OF THE CITY OF COVENTRY, BEING ACTIVITIES:- I) OF WHICH SUCH CHILDREN HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, AND II) WHICH WILL PROMOTE THEIR PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING.
