Charitable objects
FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN SUCH WAYS THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES: 1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL COURSES, AND TO PROMOTE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL OR LEISURE ACTIVITIES. 2. TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE OPPORTUNITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. 3. TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. 4. TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
