THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FOR OR CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AT WESTMINSTER SCHOOL FOR ANY CHILDREN WHO WOULD BE UNABLE TO CONTINUE EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL WITHOUT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OR WHO WOULD BE UNABLE TO COMMENCE EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL DESPITE BEING ACCEPTED.
