1 ESTABLISHING A COMPANY TO CREATE AND PERFORM NEW WORKS OF OPERA AND ESTABLISH THOSE WORKS WITHIN THE BROADER OPERATIC REPERTOIRE; AND
2 ENCOURAGING THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC IN PRODUCTIONS THROUGH DIRECT PARTICIPATION, EDUCATION PROJECTS, AND SIMILAR INITIATIVES.
