TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL IMPROVEMENT AND WELFARE OF INJURED VETERANS OF ALL AGES WHO HAVE SUFFERED INJURY AS A DIRECT RESULT OF THEIR MILITARY SERVICE; IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY UNDERTAKING, PROVIDING, CONDUCTING, MAINTAINING AND SUPPORTING INITIATIVES , COURSES, RESIDENTIAL COURSES AND RETREATS, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES, LECTURES, LESSONS AND CLASSES PURSUANT TO THE PURPOSE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
