Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:
3.1 THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ALMSHOUSES FOR PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF LITTLE BARDFIELD OR THE SURROUNDING AREA, WHO ARE IN NEED, OR EXPERIENCING HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
3.2 FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE ALMSHOUSES AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
